When will I receive my order?
All orders will ship within 2-3 working days. For international orders, please allow up to 10-14 business days for your package to arrive.

Can I change my delivery address/make any adjustments to my order once its been placed?
To provide the fastest possible service to our customers, orders are immediately processed once they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it's been placed. 

Email us to hello@felyneactive.com for any changes ASAP, regarding size, colour, style and we will do everything we can to help.

What if I am not home to receive my package? 
The courier may leave your order in a safe place at the address or deliver to your neighbour. If not, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded for your order.

What is your return policy?
We will happily return or exchange any new, unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order if you don't love your purchase; no hard feelings. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after this time frame. Products must be unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Item with signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Felyne is sold exclusively online at www.felyneactive.com.

How should I care for my Felyne purchase?
Machine or hand wash cold with similar colours. Do not tumble or iron.

What size am I?
Have a look at our size guide on our product pages for more fit information. You can also DM us on Instagram or email our team at hello@felyneactive.com for any help you need. Little fit tip from us is to size up if you’re unsure. We are doing everything we can to offer multiple sizes - as we are a newly launched brand; we have been unable to do so. Our plan is to offer XXS-XXL as the collection grows.

Is Felyne sustainable?
While the fashion industry isn’t fully sustainable, at Felyne we are working to evolve our practices to ensure our brand is as sustainable as possible. 

Packaging: Our POLY MAILER bag is made from 100% recycled materials - and is also biodegradable. Our branded cards are made from FSC approved materials and are eco-friendly.
